Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  This change order will add a 225 amp, 3 phase enclosed circuit breaker which allows automatic switching of the lift station to emergency power.  Contractor:  Parks Electric Service, Inc.; Engineer:  KPI Engineering, Inc.

Approve the change order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $872.00.  The substantial completion date is August 3, 2011.  Engineer fees will increase by $52.32 as a result of this Change Order.
